Design
Essentially you can have any image you require on your Key Tag front and on the back you can have Text or Barcodes or another Image.
Just send us your logo and text.

Once we review your order, we then mock up a sample for approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
We post to all countries and you can select Standard or Express inside the Order Form.
We will always let you know the tracking code and date of postage sent. Due to various Covid-19 supply chain issues some countries can take longer for your parcel to arrive. Once we send you the tracking code we are no longer responsible for the delivery arrival, we can always lodge an enquiry if there is a delay.
Plastic Tags/Cards are non-refundable once ordered as they are per individual custom order basis as per the individual order form.
Tags/Cards have a 6 month warranty on Image quality, Lamination, and Barcode usage, we will replace faulty tags within 7-14 days after the fault has been determined and agreed.
We do not cover general-use damage, water damage, scratches, snapping from damage to tags or snapping tags incorrectly. We supply an instruction guide with your Tag order.
The Key tags are laminated both sides and are very durable and re-usable.
They are made of PVC and cannot withstand salt or chlorine water.
Do not leave for long periods in the sun as this will cause them to become brittle and snap.
Further replacement Tags are at the current website list price plus current postage/courier costs.
